I have 28 years of experience as a certified firearms instructor. During this time I had the opportunity to instruct thousands of students in all aspects of firearms training including pistol, shotgun, carbine and bolt action rifles. With this large number of students, I had the opportunity to identify and correct so many different problems new and experienced shooters struggled to overcome. I was able to do this with very large numbers of shooters on the line or while providing one on one instruction. I spent 18 years on my agency Tactical Team and was a lead instructor for the team as well. Since my retirement, I have continued to instruct individuals and agencies.
